Nothing exciting went on this week. Kai gets better each week part might be because he's also starting to grow up a little. We finished a few things in CGC with Luna and next week is the pre-test and Kai's last class. If Luna passes it will be a huge deal for her. I've really had a lot of fun with her.

Everyone was back to normal and did well. Kai is getting the hang of this frisbee thing. All the dogs really enjoy it!

After the crazy weekend with Kai it was nice to get back to class. He did great in class and we worked on ignoring other dogs which is what he really needed!
Luna well she thinks she is the most amazing dog in class :) she has really surprised me a bit more each week. I love this gal so much well really love both of them!

Day two we made sure we were in the right class and the day started well with show one 1st place chessie puppy but then he was the 2nd male and did okay in the ring. Show two he did a ton better. We ened up 1st chessie puppy, best male, best of breed and winners. We waited around to do best in group and Kai just lost his mind he wanted to run around instead so sadly we pulled him out of the ring before he got out of control. It's such a hard thing to do but it was what was best. So close to that champion title but it just wasn't his time yet. The next show hopefully we will be over this silly puppy brain.
Tomorrow starts a new week of training that's the great thing when you don't have the weekend we want we will just try again the next time.

Well it was a busy Saturday for the team with week 3 of our frisbee league and the UKC conformation show. Maui, Luna and Maleki all played frisbee Kai took the week off to look pretty. They had a blast playing even if it wasn't our best week all around. There are times that things don't go as well as others and that's just part of life and training dogs.
Day one at the UKC Kai did great but there was a bit of a handler mistake and he ended up in the wrong class so nothing counted if it did count show 1 he would have ended up with a best male and then a 2nd place in breed. Show two he finished 2nd male but he did really well so I was happy.

Luna is turning 8 this year and she is showing 8 is only a number as she is learning all kinds of new things. She loves training and her drive for toys keeps building. Let's not forget how much she loves frisbee even if she doesn't catch them. Happy Birthday beautiful Luna. 

Maleki really enjoyed rally tonight. I really need to work on signs lol 
It is going to be sometime before we can do an event because I need to learn signs. 

Kai didn't have class tonight because it was the club meeting. Luna did get to go and she just might be able to pass the test when it comes. She is loving it and she is showing a whole new side of herself that is so exciting to see. 

We had the dog show on and Kai started watching hopefully taking lessons for the UKC show coming up. 

Maleki turned 5 today. He was able to enjoy a morning of frisbee and then go to have a Wendy's kids meal for his lunch Birthday meal.
